Step-by-Step Guide on How to Use Content Studio

Content Studio automatically transforms your saved sermon transcripts into ready-to-use church media and documentation. Here is how to use it:

Step 1: Access Content Studio

Click the Studio icon at the top of the Pewbeam dashboard.

Step 2: Choose What to Create

Once inside Content Studio, you will see five content types to choose from. Select the one that fits your need:

Sermon Note

A structured summary of the sermon, organized around the key points, scriptures referenced, and practical applications drawn from the message.

Newsletter

A church-ready newsletter generated from the sermon content, suitable for sharing with your congregation digitally or in print.

Daily Devotional

A devotional piece drawn from the sermon that your members can engage with throughout the week for personal reflection and Bible study.

Tract Material

Evangelism-ready content derived from the sermon, formatted for outreach and distribution to people outside the church.

Church Publication

A broader church document that can be used for internal communication, bulletins, or official church literature.

Step 3: Select a Transcript

After choosing your content type, select the sermon transcript you want to generate content from. You can also select multiple transcripts if your sermon was recorded across multiple sessions.

Step 4: Generate and Review

Content Studio will process the transcript and generate your content automatically. Review what has been produced and make any edits you need directly within the editor.

Step 5: Save or Publish

Once you are satisfied with the content, you can save it for later or publish it directly to Pewnote, making it available to your congregation through the Pewnote app.
